Drum Flaker

Drum Flaker:: Converts materials from the molten or liquid state to solid, easily handled flakes in a single operation.
Material of Construction:: Cast iron, chrome plate, nickel plate, stainless steel, custom alloys.
Applications:: Inorganic and organic chemicals, resins, waxes, fatty acids, alcohols and materials having supercooling properties.
Options:: Variable speed drive, conveyors, feed control systems, temperature control, product breakers.
Advantages:: Double skinned construction.; Spiral rib between inner and outer shells allow optimum cooling.; No spray nozzles to clog.; No tight restrictions on cooling water purity.
