Remove jacket, front and rear doors.

Pressure test the vessel.

Components are cleaned and sandblasted as required.

Re-tube if necessary.

Repair/replace refractory

Repair/replace damaged structural parts.

Rebuild burner assembly.

Rebuild control panel and wiring.

Repair blower and fan assemblies.

Repair gas or oil supply systems.

Repair/replace water systems and controls.

Replace insulation and jacket.

Reassemble unit completely.

Paint and test.

Changes or modifications can be made to suit your requirements.

Assorted equipment such as pumps, conveyors, tanks and
mixers can also be included in any rebuilding program.
