Indirect Contact Dryer/Processor is completely disassembled and inspected. All components are cleaned and sandblasted as required.

• Repair agitator shaft, including hard-surfacing
• as required.
• Repair/replace damaged structural parts.
• Hydrostatically test agitator and jacket, repair
• as required
• Repair/replace wear sleeves.
• Repair/replace pillow block parts.
• Rebuild rotary joint.
• Repair/replace breaker bars.
• Repair/replace drive parts.
• Motors are checked and rewound if needed.
• Repair/replace damaged structural parts.
• Reassemble unit completely.
• Paint and test.
